Form and Movement is not so much a departure from my earlier work, but more of an expansion upon what I love about figurative painting. In this series I am creating pieces that are not just figures on a picture plane. I am exploring how to make every image inhabit the space around them and appear as if they are still moving. In this body of work, the feeling becomes just as important as the rendering.
