San Francisco has always been a vibrant place. From downtown to the surrounding neighborhoods you can feel the pulse of the city. When it rains it can often be chaotic as people, cars, and trains rush back and forth to where they need to go, but for me I always found the streets to be beautiful in the rain. The cityscape becomes surreal as the buildings and lights above are reflected in the puddles below. Outbound attempts to capture that chaotic beauty.
